I've never been good about writing in a journal, and it makes me sad when I try to recall a memory but I've lost a lot of the details. I know if I had just written it in my journal, like I've been told to repeatedly, I would have it perfectly preserved.
Make and Takes has the perfect journaling post, courtesy of Carrie from This Mama Makes Stuff. Her ideas are so cute and fun. Its a great way to spend quality time with your kids, get to know them better, preserve memories, and maybe instill a love of journaling in them. My little guy is still pretty young, but I think we'll give this a shot!
