There was WAY more than this. Hubbs took a bunch to work with him because there's no way we could've eaten it all by ourselves. Now I just need to find something to make, using all those tomatoes and bell peppers.
Tonight I'll be making some Butternut Squash Soup. Recipe found on my cute cousins' blog, Talkin' Chow, Playin' House. Too bad we don't have any butternut squash in our garden.
